How fast is shipping?
-We use UPS 2nd day delivery. Keep in mind that someone has to be home to sign for the package, however, UPS will make 3 delivery attempts.
Do you ship worldwide?
-For now, Oro Monaco™ is only shipping within the United States, including Puerto Rico.
Which payment methods do you accept?
-We accept PayPal, and all major credit cards.
What is your return policy?
-Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a full refund, exchange, or Oro Monaco™ store credit for items returned within 10 days of delivery. In order to receive a full refund, you will have to follow the requirements down below.

Where is the Monaco Chain™ produced?
-They are produced in Europe at the Monaco Chain™ factory.
Does the Monaco Chain™ get scratched?
-Yes, like any other gold metal does. Gold does get scratched over time depending on the wear and tear. You can have it polished every few years at any independent gold polisher.
